Training Center
Located at 4001 N Perryville Rd. in Loves Park, Illinois.
Focused small-group training and private instruction for youth and high school wrestlers who want to improve technique, confidence, discipline, and competitive performance.
Weekly Group Practices
Weekly practices are open to middle school and high school wrestlers.
PRACTICE TIMES:
Monday: 5:00–6:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 5:00–6:30 p.m.
Friday: 5:00–6:30 p.m.
MONTHLY PRICING:
First child: $120 per month
Second child: $60 per month—a 50% family discount
Two-child family total: $180 per month
Private Lessons
Private lessons are available by appointment outside regular practice hours.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 4:00–5:00 p.m. and 7:00–8:00 p.m.
Tuesday and Thursday: 6:00–7:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: Availability throughout the day

Private lessons cover all areas of wrestling, neutral, top, bottom, and transitions, to ensure consistent growth and well-rounded development. With a committed mindset and hard work, improvement becomes inevitable.Â
Weekend Camps
Technique-focused wrestling camps will be offered on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the preseason. Camps will feature detailed instruction in specific areas of wrestling, including:
Footwork
Hand fighting
Escaping from the bottom position
Leg riding
Additional areas of focus
Camps will be available for both youth and high school wrestlers.
Camp pricing will vary depending on whether it is a one-day or two-day camp. The base price is $30 per athlete, per day.
