TSOW Training Center

Located at 4001 N Perryville Rd. in Loves Park, Illinois. We offer year-round training opportunities for youth and high school wrestlers in the Northern Illinois area.

We offer youth and high school wrestling programs, individual and small group private lessons, and strength and conditioning training.

Training Programs

Our training center is built around a year-round development model. We don’t just coach for a season, we train athletes for long-term growth and peak performance. Our four training cycles are designed to meet wrestlers where they are in the competitive year, helping them consistently grow.

Private Lessons

Private lessons offer personalized guidance, fostering rapid progress and confidence on the mat. Working 1-on-1 or in a small group setting of 2-4 athletes, our coaches breakdown critical techniques and strategies, with individualized attention.

Individual Lessons

Individual Lessons are 1-on-1 lessons for middle school and high school-aged wrestlers from 106 lbs. and up.

Small Group Lessons

Small Group Lessons are for 2-4 athletes at the same weight who want to train together with individual instruction.

🎥 Take a Look Inside a Private Wrestling Lesson

In this video, I’m working with an athlete to drill critical positions that often decide the outcome of a match. By focusing on these key scenarios, we’re building the skills and confidence needed to excel when it matters most.

Private lessons cover all areas of wrestling, neutral, top, bottom, and transitions, to ensure consistent growth and well-rounded development. With a committed mindset and hard work, improvement becomes inevitable.
